Anti-Harassment Policy

SHiNE™ with Sparkles - Tribe 413 does NOT tolerate verbal or physical harassment of any member or team member for any reason. This includes cyberbullying or in-person negative behaviors. Violations by members may result in the immediate termination of membership and use of all services in person and online without notice or refund at the sole discretion of SHiNE™️ with Sparkles. All issues must be addressed by taking the necessary protocols to contact SHiNE™️ with  Sparkles of any potential problems related to the group privately via email.

If any member experiences or witnesses harassment:

  • The incident of harassment shall be reported to  SHiNE™ with Sparkles as soon as possible.
  • Issues  that are not resolved in a manner satisfactory to a member may also be  directed to sarahsparkles2021@gmail.com

Health Disclaimer

Your Health and Safety is important to us. Please read our policy carefully.

  1. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. This general information is not intended to diagnose any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional. Consult with your healthcare professional to design an appropriate exercise prescription. If you experience any pain or difficulty with these exercises, stop immediately and consult your healthcare provider.
  2. Contact your healthcare provider if you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, light-headedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath. Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days. 
  3. As a participant,  I have voluntarily elected to participate in the SHiNE™️ with Sparkles -  Tribe 413 programs. I acknowledge that, as with other athletic activities, there are risks inherent in dance and fitness training  including, without limitation, the risk of injury to bones, joints,  tendons, ligaments, and muscles. If I experience an injury or have concerns about a possible injury, I should and will promptly consult a  physician and stop physical activity.
  4. By participating in all platforms and activities with SHiNE™️ with Sparkles -Tribe 413, I assume the risk related to dance and/or fitness activities with SHiNE™ with  Sparkles associated with SHiNE Dance Fitness™️. I hereby release Sarah  Rooney, aka Sarah Sparkles (Owner of SHiNE™️ with Sparkles & Tribe  413) and other instructors that are teaching SHiNE Dance Fitness™ from  SHiNE™️ with Sparkles community, and hold harmless against all claims  (including claims of negligence), actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) (collectively “Claims”)  arising out of or resulting from the use of this website, dance routines, or fitness classes.

Refunds & Cancellations

Your wellness is important to us. Monthly Membership accounts may be frozen or put on temporary hold if you cannot attend classes due to a temporary medical condition. Please reach out to SHiNE™ with Sparkles via email to assist you by putting your membership on hold for a determined length of time.

 
Refunds:

The sales of all punch cards, including drop-in class passes, are final; they are not eligible for refunds. 

NOTE: Punchcards are transferrable, and they do not expire. If you discontinue your use of SHiNE™️ with Sparkles, you may sell your existing punches to another current or new member associated with SHiNE™️ with Sparkles. Any transfers must be in writing via email for SHiNE™️ with Sparkles to assist you.


Cancellations:

To cancel your monthly membership and stop billing the Monthly Membership Fee on or before the 1st of the month, we must receive a written notification via email by the 25th of the month before such billing. 

Please Note that any membership or billing changes may take up to three (3) business days. Refunds will not be given to those that have used their memberships within the month unless it is for a temporary medical reason or at the sole discretion of SHiNE™️ with Sparkles. In such circumstances, please email SHiNE™️ with Sparkles to request (but not guaranteed) a refund to: sarahsparkles2021@gmail.com
